Morgan/Harbour Construction is general contractor for Madison Business Park, which was designed by Cornerstone Architects.
In an unrelated deal, Waliewski represented Morgan Realty Fund in a 26,941-sf lease to American Licorice Co. at 15W700 S. Frontage Rd. in nearby Burr Ridge. Jerry Sullivan and Greg Terwilliger of Paine/Wetzel - ONCOR International represented American Licorice.
