Paine/Wetzel - ONCOR International senior vice presidents Donald S. Jaffe, SIOR and Robert J. Morandi represented Markle-Korff in negotiations with Thomas Rodino of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler, who represented ML Realty Partners. According to property records, ML Realty Partners acquired the property at Mount Prospect Road and Howard Street from the State of Wisconsin Retirement Board in 2002 for $15.7 million.
