A CB Richard Ellis team of Bob Mahoney, George Good and Rich Frolik represented New Plan Excel Realty Trust, which specializes in owning and managing neighborhood shopping centers, in negotiations with a team of Steve Holmes and Paul Barile from Grubb & Ellis.
