Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed; however, Class B office space in the Fairfax Center submarket goes for $21 per-sf, according to Advantis Real Estate Services Co.'s First Quarter 2004 Office Report.
Greenbriar Corporate Center, located at 13135 Lee Jackson Memorial Hwy., is a 116,000-sf office property near the Greenbriar Town Center off Rte 50. The three-story structure is also home to an office of the Virginia Employment Commission, as well as a few real estate companies. Shapiro & Burson's consultant, FMSA Realty Inc. also pitched in to close the deal.
