GVA Williams is also a founding partner of GVA Worldwide, an international strategic partnership that includes 3,600 real estate professionals in 100 markets. GVA Worldwide partners completed $12 billion in transactions and currently manage more than 100 million sf of office, industrial, retail and specialized property.
In a February 2004 profile dealing with the branding of GVA Worldwide in GlobeSt.com's sister publication, "Forum," Cohen noted the inherent risks associated with GVA's strategic partnership approach, but said it was "made deliberately." In his view, GVA's approach provides "a deep bench from which to serve your clients and a broad scope of services."
