Calling it "closer to office" than industrial or lab in nature, Brown says the facility "is ideal for users seeking data center operations, general office, R&D laboratory space, or an adaptive reuse, such as self-storage." It is located at the intersection of Rtes. 183 and 222 and Van Reed Rd. Brown says it has "unique infrastructure resiliency," with dual fiber providers, dual points of entry, along with access to dual power feeds with raised floor areas in excess of 150,000 sf.
