They report to Neyhart who will also assist the company's nine other regional offices on new business development, client relations and appraisal report production. Gisclair works in the Orlando and Tampa offices; Agner is in the Miami office. Neyhart has an Atlanta office.
Agner and Gisclair coordinate all activities in CBRE's Palm Beach, Jacksonville, Orlando and Tampa offices. With a total regional staff of 75 employees, including 50 appraisers, Valuation and Advisory Services completed 2,000 valuation assignments in 2003.
