Mohr names William Pasquale, former VP of Stamford, CT-based United Systems Advisors, business development director, responsible for business development and account management for clients in Delaware, New Jersey, Washington, DC, Baltimore, Pittsburgh and Philadelphia.
Pasquale previously worked on-site at GMAC Residential while at USI where he handled corporate real estate transactions. Before that, he held broker positions with Staubach and Cushman & Wakefield of Pennsylvania. FiServ Securities, AppTec, Allied Security, Computer Science Corp, DaVita, Fresenius, CDI Corp., Main Line Health, and Degussa Corp. are among the companies he has represented. This is Mohr's 17th office in the US.
Israel Schubert, a Meridian managing director, will head that company's Philadelphia office with Abe Katz. Meridian has already facilitated significant lending to clients in and around Philly and plans to intensify its focus on the banking, office, retail and multifamily sectors in Eastern Pennsylvania. It also has offices in New Jersey, Maryland and Florida.
