Spaulding & Slye Colliers is the sales agent for the 10-story building with penthouse, which was ASA's headquarters location. Principals Richard W. Reynolds and Michael G. Smith, and senior vice president Catherine F. Daume will represent ASA. Spaulding & Slye Colliers also represented ASA in its new lease, which will serve as ASA's new headquarters location.
The building is located at the corner of Berkeley and Stuart streets and consists of 79,000 sf of office space, and 25,000 sf of first and second floor retail. It was built in 1925, and was formerly known as the Salada Tea Building.
