Locally based NuRoc Co. is getting $16 million in funding assistance from the Fulton County Development Authority to renovate the $28-million, 23-acre project. Windjammer is being renamed Hidden Crest Apartments and is scheduled to reopen by June 2005. Monthly rents will start at $625. After-school programs for children will also be part of the re-born community's amenities.
