Marshalls, Sav-A-Lot, H & R Block, Carpetland USA, Leslie Pool Supplies and Cupid Candies are among the 17 tenants in the recently renovated center on 8.7 acres, with a Wendy's in a 2,400-sf building on an outlot.
The shopping center was built 47 years ago, and has been under the ownership and control of the same family since, according to Kaufman. "The beneficiaries want to sell this 100% leased investment property and feel that the best way to accomplish this is through an auction," says Kaufman, an auctioneer for 30 years.
