Roche Bros. will feature prepared foods, a sushi bar, bakery and a deli. The store will also offer fish supplied by Foley Fish Co., a New Bedford, MA-based company. The 160,000-sf South Cape Village, located on Route 28, is a village-style retail development. Locally based Talanian is the developer of Boston's Newbury Street, one of the area's more upscale shopping streets.
