Although terms were not disclosed, Equity Office Properties asks $25 per sf on a net basis for space at Westbrook Corporate Center, located on Cermak Road near the Tri-State Tollway. Meanwhile, two multi-building north suburban properties totaling 1.2 million sf, Corporate 500 Centre and Tri-State International, also show occupancies below 75%, according to Equity Office Properties' most recent quarterly report.
