Other significant leasing transactions include: Diagnostica Stago, a medical instrument developer and distributor, which leased 67,324 sf at 330 Waterloo Valley Rd. and NW Instruments, a manufacturer of survey accessories, which signed on for 14,590 sf at 330 Waterloo Valley Rd.

To date, Trammell Crow Co. has closed 388,621 sf of deals at ITC—bringing its occupancy rate up to 90%--since being appointed exclusive leasing agent in April 2003. The team of Leo Paytas, senior vice president, Mitchell Katz, vice president, and Neal Heinze, senior associate, leads the effort. The 1.2 million sf of warehouse/lab/flex portion of the center was 77% leased when Trammell signed on. Currently, 208, 417 sf is available. Space within the center--at 500 Internatinal Dr. North--is advertised at 22.25 per sf.

"In a short amount of time, the Trammell Crow Company team was able to effectively target potential prospects, close a number of significant transactions and produce measurable results for ownership," says Paytas.

The center is a 684-acre, seven million-sf, mixed-use campus that features the New Jersey Foreign Trade Zone--a specially designated, 300-acre section of the park. 450 Clark Dr. will soon undergo a renovation and repositioning program, including upgrades to the entire front lobby, the creation of a new entrance, as well as the addition of skylights and more windows.
