According to Advantis/GVA's Bruce McNair, the transaction allows the company "to continue consolidating several offices and renovating their existing space to accommodate recent growth." McNair and colleague Bill Morris represented Pulte Homes in the deal, while Trammell Crow Co.'s Zach Wade stood in for property owner KBS Realty Advisors.

Wade tells GlobeSt.com that the asking rate at Redwood II is $24.50 per sf. This transaction marks the second time in six months that Pulte Homes has increased its take at Redwood Plaza II. In November of last year, the company expanded its space by 14,200 sf, bringing its occupancy up to about 36,400.
