Carlson Starts Condo Office Construction

PLYMOUTH, MN-Town Center Office Plaza is a 56,160-sf office condo project that is under construction in Downtown Plymouth. Completion of the units, ranging from 3,120 sf to 9,360 sf, is expected in the fall.

David Marschinke, Jim Freytag and Brian Wasserman of CB Richard Ellis are marketing the project. The project is a mile west of Interstate 494 on Plymouth Blvd.

Construction begins this spring with completion expected in the fall. The project, at 3500-3600 Plymouth Blvd., is near Lifetime Fitness and Plymouth Town Center retail area that includes Caribou Coffee and other shops and restaurants.
