Common stockholders of record on June 30 will receive second-quarter dividend checks of 45 cents per share July 15. The REIT's annual dividend rate is $1.80 per common share. The locally based garden apartment developer is also paying dividends on other stock categories.
On its 8 ½% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred stock, Post is paying $1.06 per share June 30 to holders of record on June 15. On its 7 5/8% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred stock, the company is paying about 48 cents per share June 30 to record holders of June 15. And on its 8% Series D Preferred Units, Post is making a regular quarterly distribution of 50 cent per unit for the June 1 through Aug. 31, 2004 period to unit holders of record on Aug. 15.
