Moore Wallace sold a larger building, 102,000 sf, at 111 W. Washington to Gurnee-based Marketing Services Partners. Although a price was not disclosed, the property had been on the market at $2.8 million.
Nestle Waters North America leases the 85,000-sf Libertyville building, acquired by a family partnership completing a 1031 exchange, as its staging and distribution center for Northern Illinois. Dan Tobin of GVA Williams represented the partnership.
A CB Richard Ellis team of Keith Puritz, Brett Kroner and Ryan Bain represented Moore Wallace as well as Marketing Services Partners in the Mundelein deal. In addition to a 31-year-old building, the deal involves 4 acres.
