Cushman & Wakefield Hires New Central Florida Project Manager

TAMPA, FL-Richard Griffin, a former architect and engineer for three New York counties, brings 27 years of experience to his new position here where he will aid C&W clients on property sites selection, architecture and bids.

Griffin comes to C&W from New York state where he spent the past 16 years as an architect and senior building construction engineer for Suffolk, Nassau and Queens counties. A licensed architect, Griffin has completed $250 million in construction projects in his career to date.

At C&W, Griffin will wear several hats as a senior building construction engineer, senior project manager, area supervisor and project manager.
