Children's Properties LLC, a pediatric physician, plans to locate its offices in the new building, with the possibility of future expansion for medical services, according to Karen Johnson-Crowther of Grubb & Ellis|VIP, who represented Children's Properties LLC in the transaction. The size of the building and the time line for its construction were not yet determined by press time, she adds.
Healthpark Florida West is a business park, primarily containing medical office space with such tenants as Ronald McDonald. Carl Lippek of Colliers Arnold represented Lee Health Ventures in the sale.
