In one deal, Lindburgers signed a lease for 2,400 sf of space for 10 years. In the other lease, Juniors Pizza and Subs inked a deal for 1,328 sf for five years. Two other leases at Catalina Centre are set to expire within six months, Tulepan says; however, he could not disclose the names of the companies whose leases are up for expiration. Currently, Best Buy and Marshalls are the anchor tenants at Catalina Centre. Other tenants include Cold Stone Creamery, EB Games, Macaroni Grill and McDonald's.
A partnership controlled by Roberts Equities Inc. of New York recently acquired Catalina Centre from New York-based Investcorp for more than $19.2 million.
