Sagar, who has 12 years' experience in the real estate industry, will be responsible for leasing and brokerage assignments in Broward and Palm Beach counties. He will be based out of Grubb & Ellis' local office. Jonathan Kingsley, executive vice president and managing director of Grubb & Ellis, says Sagar will be an important part of the company's institutional and local client business.
Most recently, Sagar was a senior associate with Trammell Crow Co., where he handled the leasing of class A office and industrial properties. Before Trammell Crow, he worked for CB Richard Ellis. His past clients have included major institutional investors such as TIAA-CREF, GE Capital Real Estate, Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. and Invesco Realty Advisors.
