Sperry Van Ness to Expand to DC

WASHINGTON, DC-Commercial real estate investment firm Sperry Van Ness takes its opportunity in the sizzling Washington, DC market with its plan to award affiliations in the heart of the District. The move is part of the Orange County, CA-based company's greater expansion plan.

"The DC area boasts an incredibly strong commercial real estate industry and Sperry Van Ness is looking for select advisors to create an equally strong presence in the area," company regional director Stephen Hay says in a prepared statement. The company's goal in the District is all-encompassing, reaching out to the office, industrial, retail and multifamily sectors.
