The warehouse, off Interstate 20 in Douglas County, will have 32-ft clear ceilings, an ESFR sprinkler system and trailer storage. The project follows a 980,000-sf build-to-suit distribution facility Catellus developed last year here for APL Logistics. The Atlanta office of CB Richard Ellis Inc. is handling marketing and leasing of the Douglas County project.

The building will have graded sites that will accommodate another 294,500-sf warehouse and a 60,000-sf building, according to CBRE. Catellus is trading on the New York Stock Exchange in the $24-per-share range.

For the three months ended March 31, Catellus revenue rose 39% to $115.5 million and net income from continuing operations increased 48% to $30.1 million, according to the company's financials. The REIT's portfolio totals 38.2 million sf of mostly industrial properties in major metro markets.
