Developed in 1973, SuperBookDeals' new locale occupies a 1.5-acre parcel off Rte. 108, and is currently assessed at a value of about $1 million. The seller, Martin Himeles Trust, relied on RF&S Real Estate for representation, while Manekin LLC stood in for the buyer.
"This transaction represents the culmination of an effort to fuse the needs of buyer, tenant and lender with all parties focused on the transaction which took just over three months from start to finish," says Manekin's Athan Sunderland. "It further demonstrates the viability of the Rt. 108 Corridor as an effective and lasting location for business." Specific terms of SuperBookDeals' former lease at 9051 Branch Rd. are not available; however, Manekin markets space at the 35,000-sf flex property for $9 per sf.
