Steve Italiano, SVP for industrial property in the area office of CB Richard Ellis, is marketing the complex. He says it has two free-standing office and two industrial structures. One building contains 3,800 sf of office space; another has 4,000 sf of shop area with a drive-in door than can be converted for tailgate dock loading, and the other two buildings contain a combination of office/residential areas along with space for vehicle servicing.
The combination, according to Italiano, allows for management and administrative functions within a light industrial, service or distribution complex. The property has easy access to I 95 and Rtes. 1 and 202.
