Condo prices for the one-bedroom and two-bedroom units will start at $160,000. Morris & Raper Realtors is handling sales. The project is about two blocks from the Decatur MARTA rail station.
Lane and Dawson are longtime Atlanta developers. Dawson and Bank of America jointly built 135 townhomes three years ago across from the MARTA station on Atlanta's west side. The 17-acre Collier Pointe was the first of its size in the area in 25 years. Homes were priced then in the low to mid-$100,000 range.
