Kimberly, 61, has been director of legislative affairs in Sen. Norm Coleman's local office since May of last year. Fuller, 41, has been chief financial officer for the Minnesota Wild, where she worked for the head of the Seahawks, Tod Leiweke.

She will focus on continuing Kelly's Housing 5000 initiative and expanding the city's economic development programs, including the mayor's drive to make St. Paul a biotechnology center.
