OWATONNA, MN-Binswanger/CBB will be Gehl's agent in selling the industrial facility sits on 53 acres acres at 1605 County Road 45 North for $2.75 million. Targeted users are in automotive, electronics, furniture, industrial machines, metal products, and paper products.

The property is close to Interstate 35, which provides to Minneapolis, St. Paul and Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport. The one-story industrial buildings are served by rail by the Chicago Rock and Pacific Railroad.
