Grubb & Ellis Broker Named to Township ZBA

HOWELL, MI-Kevin Brady, a west side commercial and residential land development specialist, has been named to the Genoa Township zoning board of appeals in Livingston County.

Brady has lived in the township for 28 years. Grubb & Ellis says he is "emerging as a leading authority in the field of commercial and residential land development in west Oakland and Livingston counties."

Individuals or developers seeking a variance outside the boundaries of local zoning ordinances petition the ZBA to determine if their variance or special use should be granted, giving the board power to influence decisions of a variety of developments in the township.
