Goodman Distributors Inc., a subsidiary of Goodman Manufacturing Co. LP, will go into Lincoln Commerce Park at 2120 S. 7th Ave. near Interstate 17. The four-building park offers, with 224,308 sf, is 66% occupied.
Conrad and Allen Lowe, with Lee & Associates, represented the Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co. at the bargaining table. John McDaniel with Dallas-based Mohr Partners brokered for the tenant.
