GVA Williams recently hired Michael Klein and Christian Domin away from CB Richard Ellis, former exclusive leasing agent at the 1.3 million-sf building across Jackson Boulevard from the Sears Tower as well as Itasca-based Hamilton Partners' building across the river from the Merchandise Mart.
"The property at 311 S. Wacker is one of the most widely recognized office towers in Chicago, and we are thrilled to be associated with this premier building," says Klein, managing principal of GVA Williams' Chicago office. Vacancy at the building, which captured a 2002 TOBY award from the Building Owners and Managers Association, stands at 18%. Klein and Domin have an inventory of space blocks ranging from 1,500 sf to 200,000 sf.
Domin has 1,000-sf to 25,000-sf space blocks available at 211 W. Wacker Dr., across the river from the Merchandise Mart. Itasca-based Hamilton Partners owns the 150,000-sf building.
