The $37-million, 300,000-sf complex, which houses the Pan Am International Flight Academy and other tenants, used thousands of tons of building material that was salvaged from a dismantled rental car ramp at the Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport. Called the Bryman Institute, the educational facility offers Twin Cities metro area students for careers in allied healthcare, including its high-demand massage therapy program.

Santa Anna, CA-based Corinthian Colleges operates 89 colleges in 22 states in the US, and 45 colleges and 15 corporate training centers in seven Canadian provinces. The Bureau of Labor Statistics projects the demand for massage therapists will increase 27% over the 2002 to 2012 period, growing to about 117,000 jobs.
