The building is one of two, mirror image, four-story, class A structures, each containing 95,010 sf. The owner is Cranford, NJ-based Mack-Cali Realty Corp. Although the aggregate value of the Fiberlink lease is undisclosed, the published rental rate for space in Sentry Park West is $26.50 per sf.

Fiberlink provides remote access and security solutions that allow companies to connect with remote employees at locations worldwide. It has 10 US offices along with five in Asia and four in Europe.
Mack-Cali owns or has interests in 270 properties totaling approximately 30 million sf. They are primarily office and office/flex buildings located in the Northeast.
