Heitman's Central Europe Property Fund II bought a 550,000-sf logistics park in Warsaw. The four buildings of warehouse and office space were built within the last four years.
Two properties in France totalling 500,000 sf were bought for Heitman's $360-million Crescent Euro Industrial II joint venture. The single-tenant buildings are leased long-term and located north of Central Paris and in Lomme. Crescent Euro Industrial II joint venture also bought a 300,000-sf logistics park in Bologna, Italy, 100% occupied on a long-term lease.
Earlier this year, Central Europe Property Fund II bought a 1.5-million-sf logistics park located three miles south of Prague in the Czech Republic for $120 million. It also is involved in a joint venture to develop supermarket-anchored retail centers in Poland.
