Costa Construction sold the warehouse in the Lower West Side, which it acquired in 2001 for $1.1 million, according to property records. The purchase was financed with a $1.625 million loan from the Assemblies of God, records show.

Not-for-profit service organization Chicago Commons sold the building in the Englewood neighborhood. It was among several dispositions the group has done in recent months.

Mary Thompson of Kritt represented Costa Construction in negotiations with HSA Commercial Real Estate associate Paul Broderick. HSA Commercial Real Estate vice president Shannon Pope has represented Chicago Commons in its recent asset sales.
