The project is located on a 4.3-acre parcel on Commodity Circle at the Equity Row entrance to SouthPark, the newest of three multi-use business parks comprising Orlando Central Park and owned by Lockheed Martin Corp. Equity Row Partners LLC, an Island One Resorts affiliate, purchased the site in December 2003 for $995,000, or about $231,395 per acre ($5.31 per sf), a company spokesman tells GlobeSt.com.

Started as a family venture in 1981, Island One Resorts now has 900 employees working at six Florida resorts that count 50,000 timeshare owners on their books. The developer is moving from a Sand Lake Road office complex in south Orlando. The three business parks within Orlando Central Park house 400 national and international companies that employ 31,000 workers.
