High-Tech Institute of Phoenix will move into 2222 W. Peoria Ave. by Aug. 1. "This was an expansion for their administrative offices and warehousing," Matt Hobaica, a principal with Lee & Associates Arizona in Phoenix, tells GlobeSt.com. The deal hangs a "no vacancy" sign on the 60,000-sf flex building.
Founded in 1982 as a successor to the Electronic Institute of Arizona, High-Tech Institute operates 24 technical schools around the country. Campuses include the Bryman School of Phoenix, which specializes in medical assisting education. Hobaica represented the tenant and building owner, Presson Equity Partners of Phoenix.
