JG Wentworth Expands to 21,000 SF at Morris Ave.

BRYN MAWR, PA-The renewal of its existing lease along with an additional 5,560 sf represents an aggregate value in excess of $1.5 million, according to Matt Frederick of Philadelphia-based Arden, who represented the tenant.

Matt Frederick, VP with Philadelphia-based Arden Real Estate Services, an affiliate of Arden Group, represented the tenant. The same firm represented Wentworth in its original lease in the building. In the current transaction, Wayne, PA-based GVA Smith Mack represented the building owner, Morris Avenue Associates, a private real estate investment group.

JG Wentworth will use the additional space to accommodate its growing staff. It is a structured financing company that provides loan servicing and collections.
