American Freight Lines' deal is a relocation from 7940 W. Oakton St. in Niles, where it has a meager 1,500 sf. ADC Telecommunications Sales is moving from 710 Belden Ave. in Addison, where it had 46,000 sf.

All Weather Products now has three times as much space in 1500 Greenleaf Ave. in Elk Grove Village, where it signed a 29,663-sf deal, than it did at 1371 Howard St. in that northwest suburb. Deco Labels also tripled its space by signing a 25,534-sf deal at 500 Thorndale Ave. in Wood Dale, making a move from 1220 Landmeier Rd. in Elk Grove Village.

Although terms were not disclosed, AMB Properties Corp. gets an average of $4.97 per sf in its 7.8-million-sf Chicago area portfolio, according to the company's first-quarter supplemental report., with an average lease term higher than six years.

Tom Barbera and Jason West from Trammell Crow Co.'s Schaumburg office represented AMB in negotiations with colleagues Tom Wagener and Chris Tecu, who represented American Freight Lines. Wagener and Tecu represented AMB in negotiations with Roger Christensen of Mohr Partners,who represented ADC Telecommunications Sales. Wagener and Tecu represented AMB and Deco Labels, as well as AMB in negotiations with Gladstone Group's Dale Markay, who represented All Weather Products.
