First Industrial Leases 27,000 SF in Three Deals

MINNEAPOLIS-The leases with Bankruptcy Solutions Inc., TIMM Medical Technologies and Diagnostic Instrument Service Center, LLC involve the Chicago-based REIT's research and development properties in Roseville and Eden Prairie.

First Industrial also signed an 8,919-sf lease with TIMM Medical Technologies at a research and development flex facility is located at 6585 City West Pkwy. in Eden Prairie. The Chicago-based REIT signed a 3,583-sf lease with Diagnostic Instrument Service Center, LLC for a research and development flex facility is located at 6575 City West Pkwy.

Restor Johnson of Jones Lang LaSalle and Dan Friedner and Brian Doyle of Welsh Cos. assisted in the Bankruptcy Solutions deal. John Mueller of The Staubach Co. and Jeff Jiovanazzo of Welsh Cos. worked on the Eden Prairie deals.
