After years of delays, the 14-story Main Street Tower, which sits at 300 E. Main St., opened its doors in 1994. Today, the class A office property is home to the likes of Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co., the SouthTrust Bank and the US Coast Guard, which occupies 90,000 sf at the building. With the help of Divaris, MMM searched office properties in three area cities for six months before settling on Main Street Tower.
