WTH&F, GlobeSt.com is told, signed a long-term agreement at the building after looking around at competing properties in the area. Robert Copito and Brian McMullan of the Staubach Co. represented WTH&F, while Mike Ellis of Jones Lang LaSalle stood in for the property owner. Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed, but Jones Lang LaSalle markets the space at about $28.50 per sf.

Greensboro II was developed in 2000 and sports class A office space spread out among 10 floors, four of which will be taken over almost completely by WTH&F. "This is very important news for our firm and fulfills our desire to prosper and expand in a Tysons Corner location--now in class A office space," WTH&F managing partner Robert Watt says. Among the law firm's neighbor at Greensboro II will be American Women in Radio & Television Inc., Crestline Hotels & Resorts, and retail real estate developer The Rappaport Cos. WTH&F plans to move into its new digs this fall.
