Kensey Nash's package includes a $600,000 Infrastructure Development Program grant, a $500,000 Opportunity Grant, and $714,000 in job-creation tax-credits. The producer of medical devices has outgrown its current 68,000-sf and 10,000-sf facilities in Exton. The new structure will enable it to retain 264 jobs and create a minimum of 238 more within five years.

LiquidHub, a technology consultancy, obtains a $200,000 Small Business First loan, a $100,000 Opportunity Grant, and $100,000 in customized job training funds. It will retain 90 jobs and create an additional 83 over the next three years. In handing out the funding, DCED Secretary Dennis Yablonsky says, "we welcome these advanced technology companies to Southeastern Pennsylvania."
