"GMACCM serviced the existing loan," says Marvin Hill, vice president in GMACCM's Vienna, VA office. "The borrower was looking for a 15-year term with a 30-year amortization, and we were able to arrange a loan that met their needs through JP Morgan."

According to Montgomery County records, the 17-year-old property, which is located on a 10-acre parcel off Rte. 124 at 18250 Flower Hill Way, has a current assessed value of $8 million. Other tenants at the property include Blockbuster, Crestar Bank, Domino's Pizza and games club Other Realms. Speaking to GlobeSt.com, Hill explains that what prompted the owner to refinance was the desire to "just to take advantage of the interest-rate environment."
