CHANTILLY, VA-Permanent financing in the amount of $26 million is put in place for the 160,000-sf Liberty Center II at Westfields. Cassidy & Pinkard/iCap orchestrate the deal on behalf of property owner The Mark Winkler Co. The funds come courtesy of Prudential Mortgage Co.

Located at 14672 Lee Rd., Liberty Center II occupies a strategic location in the Dulles Corridor/Rte. 28 South submarket. "The Mark Winkler Co. developed a property that is very well-suited to tenants serving the 1.5 million-sf National Reconnaissance Office, located across the street from this building," Cassidy & Pinkard/iCap senior vice president Christian Miles explains.
