Quality Elevator bought the building at 7760 Merrimac Ave. from Medford, MA-based SPI Distribution, Inc., which according to property records paid nearly $1.8 million for the property in 1996. New York-based Enovation Graphic Systems sold 7100 N. Lawndale Ave. to Rotary International.
Keith Puritz and Brett Kroner of CB Richard Ellis represented Quality Elevator in negotiations with Dave Mitidiero of Epic Realty. Puritz, Kroner and Ryan Bain represented Enovation Graphic Systems in negotiations with Howard Perino of Cushman & Wakefield.
