The building, which has been vacant for more than two years, is located on a 6.3-acre site along the Schuylkill River that allows for expansion of the building up to 180,000 sf. It is opposite the future new FedEx hub, just a mile from the CBD and a quarter-mile from I 76.

Patrick Green, SVP in the Center City office of CB Richard Ellis, represented Slocum in the transaction. "The economic benefits of the KOEZ made successful marketing of the property possible," he says. The building contains approximately 100 sf of air-conditioned office space and features a 24-foot ceiling along with multiple tailgate loading and drive-in doors. It is fully sprinklered and wired for heavy-electric service.
