The building is located on 5.3 acres. "The seller, SP Industries Inc., was able to dispose of excess space it could no longer utilize," says Eustace Wolfington, SVP in the Philadelphia office of Grubb & Ellis. "The buyer will be able to sustain growth for a longer period of time since the building is expandable by 120,000 sf." Wolfington and Timothy Brogan, VP in the King of Prussia, PA office of G&E, negotiated the transaction for both the buyer and the seller.
