Although terms were not disclosed, published net lease rates at the 244,000-sf building are $18.75 per sf. "Perseco approached Equis with a specific set of business requirements, and needed our help in aligning their real estate obligations with their current business objectives to create a solution that would be add value to the company's bottom line," explains Equis Corp. senior vice president Rob Salbego. He represented Perseco with associate vice president Steve Wallack in negotiations with Josh Robbins of Jones Lang LaSalle, who represented the limited partnership that owns the building.
